Chris Moore is a Principal at Ceartas Advisors, where he helps clients design and execute effective national and global advocacy and strategic communications campaigns that achieve legislative and regulatory objectives, particularly on food and agriculture, intellectual property, international trade, health care and information technology policy matters. Ceartas offers specialized government relations services for non-profits and foundations. An experienced strategist, advocate and negotiator, Chris has led intellectual property and international business policy for major trade associations, including the National Association of Manufacturers. He was head of strategic planning at United Nations World Food Programme and worked as an international trade negotiator in the U.S. government, holding senior positions at the State Department and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. He is a graduate of Emory University and the London School of Economics.
