David Beightol is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Flywheel Government Solutions and is deeply experienced with leading federal and state business development, political strategy, and C-level management advisory services. Prior to Flywheel, David served as Managing Principal for Dutko Grayling, Managing Director for Dutko Grayling State and Local, founded Dutko Grayling Government Markets, and also worked as Director of Government Affairs for Johnson Controls, Inc. David began his political career in the U.S. House of Representatives, first with Rep. Sensenbrenner (R-WI), and then with the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee. David later served at the White House as Special Assistant for Intergovernmental Affairs to President George HW Bush, and he was appointed Executive Director of the Presidential Taskforce on the Los Angeles Recovery in 1992. For a number of years, David also served as Director of Wisconsin Governor Tommy G Thompson’s Washington office. David currently serves on the finance committees for several organizations, including the Republican Governor’s Association (RGA) and the Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC).
