Judy has over thirty years of Asian experience. Most recently she was the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand where she advised companies on trade and investment in Thailand and the Mekong Delta region. She is also the founding Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Myanmar and provided primary advisory expertise in the startup of the Lao-American Business Association. Judy has an extensive network in the Asia-Pacific region and knowledge of governments and business regulations. She was heavily involved in the U.S.-Thai Free Trade negotiations and a frequent commentator on the now-defunct Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP), Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) and The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). Judy is a graduate of the Thai Institute of Directors Program and Harvard Kennedy School Trade Policy and Negotiations. She is an experienced Director with over 20 years of directing Non-Profit Boards.
