Kapil brings public policy foresight and expertise built over 30+ years working with organizations and leaders at the state, national and international level. Prior to founding Kapstone Strategies, Kapil worked for many years as the head of government and public affairs for companies including Wipro and Tata Sons where he supported activities such as assisting group companies with representation before the federal, state and local governments, media relations, business development, corporate social responsibility activities, and brand development. Kapil frequently speaks at public and private platforms for business and academic audiences. He has also actively engaged and represented numerous industry groups on international trade, foreign direct investment (FDI) to the US, and policies related to economic growth and job creation.
