Nick previously worked as an attorney at the Los Angeles office of Reed Smith LLP and counseled a wide range of companies in white-collar government investigations, multi-jurisdictional class action defense work, and sports-related intellectual property matters. Nick has also served as a political strategist and consultant for a Santa Barbara-area Tribal Nation, where he represented the Tribe on political, public policy and grassroots issues at the local, state and federal level. Nick also advised the Golden State Warriors NBA team management as the organization endeavored to build a new arena in San Francisco. Nick holds a law degree from UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).
